Special gatherings can be held in the living room or patio with an approved request.

The complex has 2 swimming pools, jacuzzis and a fitness room.  The community is settled along Malibu Creek and stairs to the creekside nature trail are 20 steps outside our front door.

Pepperdine's student building in Calabasas, with study halls, is 1 block away.
